Named in homage to the Brazilian NGO with which we have been working since 2005. ESPLAR* supports organic and family farming in the Nordeste region. The leather comes from farms in Rio Grande do Sul. It is tanned in Brazil in accordance with REACH standards. The use of water during the tanning process is justified. The tanneries that supply VEJA leather are L.W.G. Gold certified by the Leather Working Group.
