When New Balance first launched the 990 in 1982 and demanded the then highest price of $100, expectations were high - and they have not been disappointed to this day! Since then, the 990 has stood for the best technology and quality and has been constantly developed further. Five versions of the popular runner have seen the light of day so far - the 990 has always been part of the MADE range and manufactured in the USA.  It's been over a year since Aimé Leon Dore founder and New Balance MADE in USA Creative Director Teddy Santis teased the shoe on Instagram and now it's here - the 990v6 finally arrives! Like its predecessors, this one impresses with timeless design and quality. New on board is the FuelCell cushioning, which provides excellent comfort. For the launch of the v6, New Balance reinterprets the legendary "Runners Aren't Normal" campaign and shows us that the Runner doesn't just cut a fine figure on the running track.
